After viewing both of your flower pictures, i think this one is much more successful. I think that the view you took this photo was interesting and it gave the viewer a new perspective. I think that taking out some color from the original was a good idea because it gives the photo a mysterious, calm mood. I think you should have taken out the bright green border because it takes away from the overall theme of the photo
Taylor. Both of these pictures are very well taken. There are things I like about both of them. I like the before one because it is a different type of flower and no one really ever sees it, also the color of the flower is unique. But I like the reshoot also. On the reshoot I like how there was a bee on the flower, it gives the whole picture a story. I think that maybe you should have brightened the flowers though in the reshoot to see what your really focusing on. Great job Taylor!
